Who am I?

I came across this question recently in one of those quirky bathroom reader books, and it stuck with me. It offered a few categories to choose from, and one stood out: "I am a student of life; I learn, and I teach." That line nailed it for me.

I’ve spent the last 20 years deepening my understanding and ability to coach CrossFit. For the past 15 of those, I’ve focused specifically on developing other coaches. And while I don’t say this out of arrogance, I know I have a unique ability to meet a coach wherever they are—and help them get better.

I love working with people who care about their craft and want to grow. If that sounds like you, we’ll get along just fine. 🤘
